Shipping policy

We offer worldwide shipping at cost. Orders are generally fulfilled within 3 business days, latest within 7 business days in rare instances (e.g. when dealing with high order volumes, holiday seasons etc.).

We offer the following shipping options for respective countries and regions:

GERMANY

We use DHL Parcel (DHL Paket) service for all shipments. Orders arrive within 2-4 business days after fulfilment. We also offer free shipping with DHL for orders over €200.

EUROPEAN UNION (except Germany)

For delivery to European Union countries (excluding Germany), we charge a flat shipping rate of €15 per order. We use DHL Parcel as our standard shipping method, with final delivery handled by the respective domestic postal services. These shipments typically arrive within 4 to 8 business days after fulfillment. Shipping costs are clearly communicated during the checkout process and on the order confirmation page. We also offer free shipping with DHL for orders over €400.
